| Experience | Natasha has been a nurse for over 20 years. During this time, Natasha had the opportunity to observe and understand the interconnection and communication between the higher intelligence of the body mind and spirit as well as the natural world. Natasha facilitated healing even as a child. Her formal training includes Theta Healing, Body Talk, Mindscape, Ancestral Medicine, Traditional Healing Techniques, Animal Communication, Counselling and Addictions. Natasha is also a Registered Practical Nurse and a Native Community Worker. |

Christine Laroque

| Experience | Christine has been a Certified Usui Reiki Practitioner since 1994 and in 2014, travelled to Boulder, Colorado for extensive training in Esogetic Colourpuncture, an alternative healing modality which originated in Germany over 50 years ago. In 2016, she received training in the ancient modality known as Cupping. In 2019, Christine completed a Wellness Coaching Course grounded in the 3-Principles. She also continues to facilitate Kundalini, Meditation, Breathwork & Nature Workshops. Christine continues to offer her clients an array powerful stress management tools, workshops and energy healing sessions to improve their overall health, well-being and everyday lives. These services are offered both in-person and virtually. |
